Employers complying with the US DOT regulations and/or a Drug Free Workplace Policy may be required to administer a Breath Alcohol Test. A Breath Alcohol Test determines the level of alcohol concentration in the blood. Our Breath Alcohol Technicians (BATs) are specially trained to comply with the United States Department of Transportation’s regulations for Breath Alcohol Testing, the highest standard for substance abuse screening and confirmation in the United States.
Our BATs utilize gas chromatography evidential breath testing technology approved by the US DOT that is on the cutting-edge of the industry. Our devices are trusted by police officers across the country for their accuracy and reliability in the office and in the field.
Binary Health Services offers Breath Alcohol Screening and Confirmation test services at our office and a mobile service available for accident scenes and for situations at the office such as an injury at work. Because alcohol is one of the quickest substances to be processed by the body, timing is crucial. Our BATs are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for screening and confirmation.
In addition, our technicians are trained to not only conduct screening tests (the initial test, may be conducted by an Alco swab or Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) device by a Screening Test Technician (STT) or a Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT)) and confirmation tests (only if there is a non-negative or over the limit result; must be conducted by an approved Evidential Breath Testing device and certified BAT), but they are also certified to conduct the urine drug test after the screening as well! Why pay two professionals when one can do it all?
